What products can you manufacture?

We manufacture made-to-drawing sheet metal parts, welded structures, stamped parts, cast and CNC-machined parts, and OEM equipment or vehicle assemblies.

Do you support OEM/ODM and full customization?

Yes. We support customization from 2D/3D drawings, samples, bills of materials, and technical specifications.

What information is required for a quotation?

Please provide drawings or samples, material, quantity, tolerances, finish, inspection requirements, application, and destination. Complete information enables a more accurate quotation.

Which drawing formats do you accept?

Common formats include PDF, DWG/DXF, STEP/STP, IGES, and SolidWorks files. Please contact us for other formats.

Can you make samples or prototypes first?

Yes. We support one-off samples, prototypes, and pilot batches before volume production.

What is your minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the product, tooling, and process. Many projects can start with a sample or small batch and are confirmed during quotation.

What is the typical lead time?

Lead time depends on drawing complexity, material, tooling, quantity, and finish. It is confirmed after technical review; typical average lead time is about 15 working days to one month.

How do you control quality?

We use material traceability, first-article approval, in-process inspection, and final visual and functional checks. Nonconforming items are segregated, repaired, and reinspected.

Can you provide inspection reports or material certificates?

Yes. Dimensional reports, material certificates, finish records, and other quality documents can be supplied when agreed before quotation and order placement.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes. We can sign an NDA and handle customer drawings, samples, and project information according to the agreement.

Which trade and shipping methods are available?

EXW, FOB, CFR, or CIF can be arranged, with courier, air, sea, or the buyer’s nominated forwarder. The nearest port is Qingdao Port.

How are products packed?

Packing is selected according to size, weight, finish, and shipping method, using protective film, foam, pallets, or wooden cases. Special rust or moisture protection should be specified in advance.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Available methods include T/T, L/C, D/P, PayPal, and Western Union. The exact schedule and percentage follow the quotation or contract.

How are orders confirmed or changed?

Production follows the approved drawings, specifications, quotation, and purchase order. Changes to material, dimensions, quantity, or process require written approval and may affect cost and lead time.

What if there is a quality or after-sales issue?

Please provide the order number, photos, measurement records, and a description. We will analyze the cause and provide repair, replacement, or another reasonable solution based on the confirmed findings.
